Job description:

- You will care for and maintain undeveloped areas such as green spaces, sports facilities/fields in all properties of the site area, as well as the site shooting ranges and site training areas.
- You will operate, maintain and service the machines, equipment and vehicles available for the off-road service.
- You will be responsible for road construction and the care and maintenance of site training areas using graders, gravel road finishers, plate compactors, etc.
- You will carry out forestry work using chainsaws, wood chippers, cable winches, etc.
- You will carry out road cleaning and winter maintenance work (clearing and gritting).
- The position is expected to be available from 01 September 2026.
- You can expect an attractive salary. You will be placed in pay group E 05 according to the collective agreement for the public service (TVöD).
- The activities are to be performed full-time and on site at the office.
- You will be employed on a permanent basis.
- You will have the opportunity to participate in sports and health programmes during working hours within a defined framework.

Qualification requirements:

- You have successfully completed vocational training as a farmer (m/f/d), forester (m/f/d), landscape gardener (m/f/d) or in a comparable, related profession with several years of relevant professional experience.
- You are in possession of a class B, CE, T driving licence and a Bundeswehr driving licence B, CE, T or are willing to acquire one. You agree to drive a service vehicle.
- You have the authorisation for chainsaw module A or are willing to acquire it.
- Participation in regular and advanced training and further education is a prerequisite.
- The performance of these tasks is associated with on-call duty and standby duty.
- You are physically resilient without restriction and suitable for working at heights, even outdoors under extreme weather conditions. Multiple daily lifting of loads over 10 kg and occasional lifting of loads over 20 kg, as well as walking distances of over 2 km every working day are no problem for you.
- You are committed to the free democratic basic order in the sense of the Basic Law through your entire behaviour.
- You agree to take part in a medical recruitment examination.
