Job description:

- You are responsible      for the planning, organisation and supervision of agricultural and      horticultural grounds maintenance. This includes the technically correct       execution of horticultural and landscaping work,      the protection and preservation of biotopes, the updating of the       tree register.
- You plan and control the       deployment of personnel and equipment and exercise professional supervision over the                subordinate personnel in all properties in your area.
- You ensure the functionality         of the sports facilities through professional maintenance.
- You will be involved in      procurement matters and the preparation of       profitability analyses and maintain data in SASPF.
- You are jointly responsible for the                  maintenance of road safety in traffic areas. As part of the      winter service, it is possible to work on call.
- You instruct employees       on work procedures and techniques, are responsible for compliance                 To this end, you will prepare risk assessments and operating instructions.
- You will take on the tasks as       other responsible person in the dangerous goods sector.
- Participation in training and further education is required.
- The advertised position is to be filled by 01.09.2026.

WHAT COUNTS FOR YOU

- You will be employed on a permanent basis.
- You will be graded up to       in pay group 9a of the collective agreement for the public service       (TVöD)
- You will work full-time or part-time. The activities are to be carried out on site at the office.

Qualification requirements:

WHAT COUNTS FOR US

- - You have a         completed qualification as a master craftswoman or master craftsman.
- You have a                           Master craftsman in horticulture and landscaping, forestry or agriculture or a comparable qualification as a technician.
- You agree to take part in a medical examination if necessary.
- You possess        equal opportunities competence. You agree to drive a company car                           You agree to complete this training.
