Job description:

- You are responsible for the planning, organisation and supervision of agricultural and horticultural grounds maintenance at the Pfullendorf and Donaueschingen external sites. This includes the technically correct execution of horticultural and landscaping work, the protection and preservation of biotopes and updating the tree register.
- You plan and manage the deployment of personnel and equipment and exercise technical supervision over the subordinate personnel in all properties.
- You ensure the functionality of the sports facilities through professional maintenance.
- You will be involved in procurement matters and the preparation of profitability analyses and maintain data in SAP.
- You will be jointly responsible for maintaining the road safety of traffic areas as part of street cleaning and winter road maintenance.
- You will instruct employees in work procedures and techniques and be responsible for compliance with occupational safety and load securing regulations. To this end, you will prepare risk assessments and operating instructions.
- You will take on tasks as another person responsible for hazardous goods.
- You will take part in training and further education as part of your area of responsibility.
- As part of the winter service, it is possible to work on call.
- The position is expected to be filled on 1 August 2026.

Qualification requirements:

WHAT COUNTS FOR US

- You have completed a master craftsman's qualification in gardening and landscaping or a related qualification.
- You have a class B civilian driving licence and a Bundeswehr driving licence B or declare your willingness to acquire a Bundeswehr driving licence. You agree to drive a service vehicle.
- You have completed training as an "Other responsible person for dangerous goods" or agree to complete this training.
- You have PC skills (MS Office) and ideally knowledge of SAP.
- You agree to take part in a pre-employment medical examination.
- You are committed to the free democratic basic order within the meaning of the German Basic Law through your overall behaviour.
