We, Bunte Feuer GmbH, an established company in the field of specialised help for mentally ill or developmentally delayed children and young people, currently employ approx. 200 employees at 10 locations. For the Intensive Educational Centre Leipzig, we are looking for a responsible employee for the housekeeping department.
The tasks of the housekeeper include the planning and implementation of activities relating to nutrition, storage and hygiene for all households at the Intensive Educational Centre. You will use your expertise to ensure all housekeeping processes and set standards in the areas of hygiene and nutritional diversity. You will work closely with the management and carers in the group service of the residential groups on housekeeping matters and will be a valuable part of the facility. The task of the entire team at the facility is to support the children and young people in working on psychosocial and personal development tasks and to stabilise and independent our clients until they are discharged into their own living space.
We expect the housekeeper to have a stable personality and attitude and to enjoy human contact and relationships. They enrich the team of educators, curative and social pedagogues and psychologists with their expertise in home economics and, if possible, nutritional science. We provide financial and content-related support for training and further education programmes. We would like you to be and remain interested, flexible and curious.
