Working hours: full-time (39 hours/week) or part-time

Your tasks

- Theoretical and practical training in the professional field of gardening and landscaping (including horticulturalists, gardeners) in accordance with the training framework plan.
- Development of target group-orientated learning content and practical exercise formats.
- Regular competence checks, feedback and derivation of appropriate learning steps.
- Collaboration on support and integration plans including structured documentation.
- Active networking with companies, vocational schools, TLLLR and examination boards as well as close exchange within the training team.

Your profile

- Degree in the green sector: Master in horticulture/gardening or studies (Bachelor/Master/Dipl.- IngIng.) - or
- If applicable, willingness to continue training as a master craftsman, AEVO/AdA, ReZa.
- Pedagogical interest, enjoyment of teaching and practical knowledge transfer.
- Methodological competence, team spirit and desire for conceptual development.
- Reliable, appreciative communication with learners, colleagues and partner companies.
