You accompany people with daily tasks, create structure in everyday life and relieve relatives with practical help.

Your tasks at IndividuellPlus

You accompany people in everyday life - where small help has a big effect.

This includes, for example:

- Cleaning and tidying the home
- Organising and structuring the household
- Accompanying people on walks and leisure activities
- Keeping them company and talking to them
- Doing the shopping or running errands
- Cooking together
- Accompanying them to appointments (e.g. doctor or pharmacy)

- Activation in everyday life (reading, playing, small activities)
- Relief for relatives through reliable presence

Important:
These are not nursing activities, but everyday support and care in accordance with § 45a SGB XI.

What you need

- Enjoy working with people
- Reliability and a sense of responsibility
- Empathy and patience
- Good German language skills
- Driving licence and own car required
- No special training required
