Tasks and responsibilities:
-- Maintenance and upkeep of buildings and outdoor facilities
-- Carrying out minor repairs and renovation work
-- Monitoring heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems
-- Maintenance of green areas and winter services
-- Coordination and monitoring of external service providers
-- Ensuring cleanliness and tidiness in the buildings
-- Assistance with removals and events

Requirements and qualifications:
> Completed technical training or comparable qualification
> Several years of professional experience in a similar position
> Technical understanding and manual dexterity
> Reliability, sense of responsibility and independent working style
> Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
> Class BE driving licence
> Very good written and spoken German language skills
> Willingness to perform winter maintenance
