At Wilhelm Knappmann House we are looking for you, an empathetic, flexible and committed team member who will work with us to support the people living here on a daily basis in an appreciative manner.

We are looking for a full-time, permanent position for our integration assistance at Wilhelm Knappmann House from 1 June 2026.2026 for an indefinite, full-time position

Specialist for Housekeeping

(M/E/N/S/C/H)

Your tasks

- Teaching and maintaining practical life skills through guidance, Support and accompaniment
- Housekeeping training for beneficiaries
- Compliance with hygiene regulations
- Purchasing of household supplies
- Taking on light care tasks
- Documentation
- Close cooperation in a multidisciplinary team

Your profile

- Degree in home economics after at least 3 years of training
- Experience and knowledge of working with mentally ill people would be desirable
- Communication skills and team spirit
- Empathic and appreciative attitude
- Flexibility, independent and structured work
- Willingness to work shifts, public holidays and weekends
- Driving licence class B
- You share our mission statement and our Christian values

Further information Shift work may result in an additional entitlement of up to 3 days' holiday.
