Your main tasks

- Carrying out social and occupational anamnesis as part of the admission interviews
- Providing advice on participation in working life and social law issues
- Initiating and advising on gradual reintegration and aftercare services
- Active cooperation with the professional groups involved in the treatment process

Your qualification profile

- Completed studies as a social pedagogue (m/f/d)/social worker (m/f/d)
- Confident appearance with convincing social and communication skills
