Your tasks

- Responsibility for quality-conscious, effective and economical production in the cheese dairy
- Professional and disciplinary management, Motivation and further development of employees
- Ensuring compliance with and implementation of legal regulations and ordinances
- Ensuring optimum plant availability, taking into account hygiene and occupational safety regulations
- Supporting projects in the area of responsibility and continuously analysing and improving work processes
- Carrying out resource planning and coordinating training for employees
- Working closely with other specialist departments

Your profile

- Successfully completed dairy industry training and further training as a dairy foreman (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- A degree in dairy science

- Sound experience in the dairy industry, especially in the production of yellow cheese
- Several years of professional and management experience
- Completed trainer aptitude test
- Confident handling of common MS Office applications, ERP knowledge an advantage

- Strong communication and team skills
