Laboratory Assistant, Technical Assistant

Scope:

38.7 hours (100%)

Compensation:

up to pay group 9a TV-L
(if the collective agreement and personal requirements are met)

Your tasks:

- Collaboration in the preparation and installation of field trials
- Technical supervision of field trials with intensive measurement campaigns
- Management of field trial technology in the summer half-year
- Coordination and implementation of laboratory work in the winter half-year
- Guidance of student assistants
- Digitisation, evaluation and documentation of experimental data (Word, Excel)

Your profile:

- Completed training as an agricultural technical assistant or laboratory technician with final examination
- Knowledge of basic laboratory methods
- Sound IT skills (Office)
- Class B driving licence if applicable. T
- Very good written and spoken German (language level C1)

Personal skills:

- Ability to work independently and to cope with seasonal work peaks
- Ability to work in a team

Desirable:

- Good written and spoken English skills (language level B1)
