We are looking for a Master Gardener - Gardening and Landscaping (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility:

- Management of the garden division
- Management and organisation / control of subordinate gardeners / helpers
- Measurement of construction sites / maintenance objects
- Preparation and preparation of offers, Post-calculations
- Support / correspondence / problem solving with our customers in the horticultural area
- Quality management with documentation
- Control function / supervision of the entire garden area, assessment of construction sites / maintenance objects based on results
- Overall planning / coordination of tours, holiday planning, etc.
- Monitoring and regulation of working hours
- Monitoring the training of new employees in the garden area
- Training of gardeners
- Planning and organisation of construction sites / special orders in the garden area
- Checking the vehicles and material / tools in the garden area for cleanliness and function
- Checking material in the garden area
- Optimisation of economic efficiency in the garden area
- Optimisation of the presence and behaviour of gardeners towards customers
- If necessary, cooperation with orders of the department

Your profile:

- Completed master craftsman training

- Written and spoken German
- Class B driving licence
