Job description
The child and youth welfare department in Saxony-Anhalt is expanding its services:
On 1 January 2027, we will be opening a new intensive educational service for children and young people aged 6 to 17 in acute crisis situations in Gröningen.
As a housekeeping assistant (f/m/d), you will ensure reliable housekeeping services to provide the children and young people with stability and everyday security.
We are establishing a new team that will be given extensive opportunities to shape the centre and the educational work from the outset. Join us right from the start and help us create a place of stability, security and future prospects.
Your new area of responsibility
- Catering for young people in the residential group
- Planning, preparing and cooking meals
- Planning and doing the shopping
- Professional and appropriate handling of different foods
- Laundry care
- Plant care
- Cleaning the kitchen and communal areas
- Adhering to hygiene and cleaning standards
Your profile
- Professional experience in housekeeping or catering desirable
- Reliability, Reliability, commitment and an independent and careful way of working
- Enjoy working in a team and with young people
- Membership of a Christian church that belongs to the Association of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany is desirable
