Our children's residential groups are home to 8 children aged between 6 and 13, whose education and age-appropriate support is not sufficiently guaranteed in their home environment. We provide them with support, structure and trust and work with them to structure their everyday lives. Our aim is to support the children so that they become independent and socially competent personalities. This includes them being able to manage their own household. This is where you come in:

In the afternoons, you will help the children with everyday tasks such as folding laundry or tidying their rooms and ensure that the residential group is kept tidy. In this way, you help to ensure that the children feel comfortable in their home. You will also decorate the living area together with the children for festive occasions such as Christmas or according to the season.

You will work in an appreciative team that shares responsibility and supports each other.

- Minor housekeeping and support activities in the residential groups
- Helping to create a friendly and structured living environment

Your profile

- Experience in cleaning and/or housekeeping
- Careful, reliable and independent way of working
- Enjoy working with children
- Ability to work in a team and respectful interaction
- Good knowledge of German
- Membership of a Christian church that belongs to the Arbeitsgemeinschaft Christlicher Kirchen (ACK) Deutschlands is desirable
