- You will have overall responsibility for ensuring a high quality of life for the residents.
- You will lead the multi-professional team and be responsible for duty planning.

Do you recognise yourself?

- You have completed a qualification as a state-certified home economics manager, home economist, health economist, ecotrophologist or home economist and have management experience in the care sector.
- You have a confident, well-groomed appearance, have good communication skills and are confident in communicating with local authorities, cooperation partners and relatives.
- Your management style is characterised by dedication and implementation within the framework of the BeneVit house community concept and enjoyment of contact with the residents.
