Proactive, independent and experienced housekeeper (m/f/d) wanted for a private family in their main residence in Bogenhausen. The property is a new build with its own garden, totalling approx. 4,500 sqm including garden areas.

In total, the team consists of 3 housekeepers, a caretaker and a cook.

Your tasks are:

- Professional cleaning and care of the living areas and the household with high-quality furnishings and textiles.
- Exclusive laundry care - including delicate fabrics such as silk, cashmere etc.
- Care of high quality and special surfaces - marble, granite, slate floors and parquet.
- Preparation of breakfast and occasional preparation of light, fresh and healthy meals (as a cook is available, only when required).
- Supervision of external tradesmen and service providers.
- Carrying out shopping and errands - grocery shopping, cleaning, post office, receiving deliveries etc.
- Driving for shopping and errands.
- Service at dinners / events in the house if required.

The following requirements you bring with you:

- Work experience in professional housekeeping in a UHNW private household, alternatively experience in the yacht sector. Experience in 5-star hotels is also possible.
- Long-term, continuous employment in previous positions and excellent references are mandatory.
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays (not every WE).
- Driving licence, EU passport mandatory.
- Confident IT skills.
- Language skills: Fluent English and ideally German.
- Strict non-smoker, high level of discretion, reliability and sense of responsibility.

We offer:

- This is a long-term, full-time, permanent position.
- 40 hours per week including weekends and public holidays (if working weekends, the following Monday and Tuesday are off). If weekend support is required, the weekends to be worked will be divided fairly within the team so that not every weekend has to be worked.
- Working hours are usually from 09:00-18:00.
- Annual salary approx. up to €58,000 depending on previous experience.

Interview process

- Initial video interview (30 minutes).
- Trial day (half day) together with the existing housekeepers.
- If necessary, a final interview with the Executive Assistants / or the House Manager.
