We are looking for a 1-year registered nurse (m/f/d) to join our team in Heinsberg.

Your tasks

- After a thorough induction, you will independently provide our nursing clients with basic care in their home environment.
- You will be responsible for looking after a fixed customer base and will be a reliable contact person in everyday life - working closely with our qualified nursing staff.
- Your tasks will include assisting with daily personal hygiene - e.g. showering, dressing or oral hygiene - as well as mobilisation and help with nutrition.
- You observe the state of health of our customers, recognise changes and pass them on professionally.
- You carry out treatment care measures as part of your LG1/LG2 qualification according to medical prescription and delegation.
- The professional documentation of your measures is also part of your area of responsibility.
- With empathy and commitment, you ensure our customers enjoy life, quality of life and a smile in their everyday lives.

What we are looking for

- Completed 1-year nursing training
- A class B driving licence
- Enjoy working with older people and people in need of care
- Ideally some practical experience in outpatient care
- Ability to work under pressure, flexibility, a sense of responsibility and a warm nature
- Team spirit, reliability and commitment
