We offer a wide range of home care services. In exclusive care, we enable people in need of care to remain in the familiar surroundings of their own home. This type of care offers help and support for people who need more care and support due to age, illness or disability.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a care assistant (m/f/d) for 24-hour care at home in Lower Bavaria.

You will support a person in need of care as part of exclusive care in their home environment. You will work with the same client every day, which will allow you to build a trusting and stable relationship.

Your tasks

- Observing the state of health and passing on relevant information
- Assisting with basic care (e.g. personal hygiene, dressing and undressing)
- Helping with mobilisation and daily movement exercises
- You will take on cleaning work and general housekeeping activities (e.g. housekeeping & cooking)
- You will be responsible for the care of the elderly person in their home. Household management & cooking)
- You are a reliable companion for our clients in everyday life
- Social care, conversations and joint leisure activities
- You are there for people who need and appreciate you

What we are looking for

- Experience in nursing and housekeeping or career changers with heart
- Basic knowledge of the German language
- Willingness to provide 24-hour care in the alternating model (e.g. 2- or 4-week care).
- You enjoy working with older people and people in need of care
- Reliability and commitment
- EU passport or valid work visa
