As a dairy technologist, you are a central part of our production. You ensure that our dairy products meet the highest quality standards and are always produced safely and reliably. Your technical expertise and careful working methods help to ensure that our products leave production fresh and flawless.

Taking responsibility: You will monitor and control all relevant production processes from raw materials to the finished pallet.

Your tasks:

- Checking incoming goods of raw materials, auxiliary materials and additives
- Accompanying the various process steps from the raw material to the pallet ready for dispatch
- Producing a wide variety of products according to the recipe using state-of-the-art equipment
- Imparting knowledge of quality management, Hygiene regulations, food law and environmental protection
- Setting up, converting and operating machines
- Cleaning, maintaining and servicing equipment, machines and systems
- Operating process control technology and monitoring production processes
- Using quality assurance systems

Your profile:

- Training in the food industry
- A sense of responsibility, e.g. in complying with food law
- A sense of responsibility, e.g. in complying with food law.E.g. in complying with food law regulations
- Good knowledge of German
- Diligence, e.g. in adhering to recipes
- Technical understanding, e.g. when maintaining the machines and systems
- Basic knowledge of IT
