- Independent control and operation of the production systems (bacto joints, separators, filtration systems, falling film evaporators, ion exchangers, etc.).)
- Control and monitoring of ongoing production processes
- Elimination of faults and error analysis
- Implementation of the prescribed cleaning processes and minor maintenance measures
- Implementation of and compliance with strict process and hygiene guidelines
- Tasks in the area of work preparation and documentation

We look forward to hearing from you:

- Completed vocational training as a dairy technologist, dairy specialist or food technology specialist (m/f/d)
- Ideally experience in the field of milk processing / filtration / evaporation / spray drying
- Sense of responsibility, independent and precise way of working
- Willingness to work in shifts (continuous 3-shift operation)
- Understanding of technology and complex processes
- Diligence, reliability, pronounced hygiene awareness
- Willingness to learn and quick comprehension
- Very good knowledge of German
- Knowledge of English an advantage
