With an annual delivery of over 1.4 billion kilograms of raw milk, Meierei Barmstedt eG is one of the largest milk-processing companies in Germany. At our two sites in Barmstedt and Neumünster, we process raw milk to the highest technical and hygienic standards to produce semi-hard cheese, pasta filata/mozzarella cheese, butter, whey powder, cream and milk and whey concentrates. We sell to wholesalers, retailers, bulk consumers and industrial processors in Germany and abroad. With around 290 employees, including 15 trainees, we generate a turnover of around 700 million euros.

We are looking for several technically and personally convincing employees (m/f/d) to join our team in our production department at the Neumünster site as soon as possible.

Your tasks

- You will set up, operate and monitor our production and packaging systems
- You will ensure consistently high product quality and carry out regular quality checks
- You will rectify minor faults quickly and independently
- You will carry out manual cleaning and monitor CIP cleaning

Your profile

- You have successfully completed training as a dairy technologist (m/f/d) or food technology specialist (m/f/d) - alternatively a comparable qualification
- You have already gained some initial work experience, ideally in spray technology, ideally in spray drying or a pasta/filata/ or sliced cheese factory
- You are willing to work in 3-shift operation as well as at weekends and on public holidays
- You are a reliable and committed team player
- Your strong awareness of quality and hygiene rounds off your profile
