Scope of activity:

- Control, optimisation and monitoring of milk heating, milk separation, whey processing and skimmed milk concentration by evaporation
- Dispatch of liquid dairy products
- Monitoring the functionality of all technical systems and reporting faults to the workshop
CCP monitoring
- Compliance with HACCP and IFS
- Exchange of information in the event of special features
- Maintenance checks

Your profile:

- Good technical understanding
- Ideally dairy / food technology training or professional experience in the food processing industry
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
- High level of quality and hygiene awareness
- We expect independent work, reliability, teamwork and flexibility
