As a gardener (m/f/d) in gardening and landscaping, you will design lively outdoor areas. You work not only with tools, but also with a feel for details, shapes, colours and seasons. You create spaces for breathing, playing and living. You will always be on the move: in the fresh air, with clear goals and a strong team at your side. Whether it's a daycare centre, therapy practice, branch offices or at the customer's site - your workplace is "almost" as diverse as the world of plants.

- You will ensure well-tended green spaces - through regular care, pruning and maintenance of outdoor areas.
- You will redesign paths and garden areas - with a keen sense of materials, proportions and functionality.
- You maintain existing outdoor facilities and get them in shape - whether lawns, flower beds, play or recreation areas.
- You carry out installation and paving work independently or in a team - with manual skills and technical know-how.
- You help to restore natural areas - through recultivation measures and targeted greening.
- You lend a hand when it matters - sweeping, clearing and gritting in the cold season.

...what you need:

- Completed training as a gardener (m/f/d) or in gardening and landscaping.
- Diligence at work and enjoy being physically active - even in wind and weather.
- Professional experience in the landscaping sector - you know what's important outdoors.
- A class B driving licence - ideally also C1 for larger vehicles or machines.
- Team spirit and communication skills - you enjoy working with others and have a friendly, service-oriented manner.
- And last but not least: You can identify with the values and principles of the German Red Cross.
