Domäne Ostsee GmbH stands for quality craftsmanship, regional ties and innovative agriculture on the sunny island of Usedom. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed winemaker (m/f/d) with a passion for viticulture who will actively help to organise, maintain and further develop our vineyards.

Your tasks

- Planning, planting and maintaining the vineyards, taking into account the special features of the location and climate of Usedom
- Carrying out all viticultural work from pruning to harvesting
- Monitoring the vines with regard to plant health, yield and quality
- Participating in the selection of suitable grape varieties and cultivation methods
- Documenting and optimising the viticultural processes
- Working closely with the management and, if necessary, external consultants

Your profile

- Completed training as a winemaker, viticulture technician, degree in viticulture/oenology or comparable qualification
- Sound practical experience in viticulture
- Enthusiasm for sustainable and quality-oriented agriculture
- Independent, structured and responsible way of working
- Physical resilience and willingness to cope with seasonal work peaks
- Ability to work in a team and high motivation, to further develop a young wine-growing project
