In the heart of the Mecklenburg Lake District, we cultivate our vineyards with passion and the ambition to produce wines of strong character with a regional identity.

We are looking for a committed winemaker (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.

Your tasks

- Year-round care and cultivation of the vineyards
- Carrying out all work in the vineyard (pruning, foliage work, plant protection, harvesting)
- Working in the cellar from grape processing to winemaking and care
- Operation, care and maintenance of machines and equipment
- Ensuring quality, Hygiene and sustainability standards
- Participate in the further development of vineyard and cellar concepts

Your profile

- Completed training as a winemaker, wine technologist or comparable qualification
- Professional experience in viticulture and/or cellar management desirable
- High quality awareness and manual dexterity
- Independent, reliable and team-oriented way of working
- Technical understanding and willingness to work seasonal overtime
- Driving licence class B
