Draftsman/Construction Engineer (m/f/d) specialising in building construction (#367)

Your tasks

- Compile documents for building applications
- Create construction drawings, Detailed plans and sections as well as revision plans
- Coordinate execution details with specialist engineers, clients and authorities
- Participate in building construction projects from the initial idea to the final documentation
- Create construction and execution plans taking into account architectural, engineering and technical requirements, Engineering and construction requirements
- Participate in BIM projects and other innovative approaches
- Support in the preparation of energy balances and sustainability certifications
- Work with state-of-the-art CAD programs (AutoCAD REVIT)

Your profile

- Completed training as a draftsman or construction technician (m/f/d) or similar qualifications
- Organised, organised, structured, independent and goal-oriented way of working
- Good spatial awareness
- Flexibility and open-mindedness
- Fluency in written and spoken German (min. Language level B2)
- Knowledge of BIM/3D modelling (preferably in Autodesk-Revit) an advantage
