The DRK-Betreuungsdienste Westfalen-Lippe gemeinnützige GmbH has taken over the caring support and care of refugees in communal facilities in the state of NRW on behalf of various district governments at several locations in NRW.

We are looking for a part-time Head of Housekeeping (m/f/*) as soon as possible. This position is initially temporary. The aim is to extend the employment relationship.

These tasks await you

- Organisation and control of the cleaning work in the accommodation
- Coordination of the clothing store, hygiene product distribution and the communal laundry
- Personnel planning
- Goods planning: Orders and acceptance of goods deliveries
- Recording and checking plans for hygiene, cleaning and waste disposal
- Practical and theoretical instruction of the refugees
- Instruction of housekeeping activities
- Developing the housekeeping skills and competences of the refugees
- Quality control of learning progress and documentation
- Compliance with occupational safety and health regulations

What you bring

- Completed vocational training as a housekeeper, Oecotrophologist or comparable
- Professional experience in relevant fields of activity (ideally training experience)
- Knowledge of the specific performance requirements in corresponding service professions
- Structured way of working and the ability to work independently to work independently
- Measles vaccinations/immunity
