The DRK-Schwesternschaft Marburg e.V. has stood for professional care for more than 100 years and is a strong partner in the health and social care sector. In our retirement and nursing home "Haus am alten Botanischen Garten" we give people in need of care a new home in the heart of Marburg.

We are looking for

Home care assistants (m/f/d) for outpatient care

Tasks:

Supporting people in need of care in their home environment through non-nursing activities.

Care and companionship

- Socialising (conversation, games, reading aloud)
- Accompaniment on walks or small errands
- Support with leisure activities

Home help

- Doing the shopping (together or independently)
- Preparing small meals, support in the kitchen
- Household-related activities (tidying up, (tidying up, light cleaning, laundry)

Help with everyday tasks

- Help with dressing and undressing (without transfers or personal care)
- Help with table setting, pouring drinks, small household tasks
- Reminders for appointments or structuring help during the day

What you need to bring with you:

- No completed vocational training required
- Competent, friendly interaction with colleagues, clients and relatives
- Commitment, team spirit, reliability and cultural sensitivity
