Your recipe for success - that's what you do with us:

- Producing our ice cream mixes according to specified recipes and production orders
- Monitoring and operating the mixing systems and the mix tank storage
- Receiving, Control and hygienic storage of liquid raw materials
- Ensuring optimum mix quality and the correct production quantities and deadlines
- Documentation of all relevant production and quality data
- Monitoring of raw material stocks and timely reporting of shortages
- Implementation of cleaning and disinfection measures in the mix kitchen and tank farm
- Compliance with occupational safety, environmental and hygiene regulations

The ingredients for your success - what you bring to the table:

- Completed training as a dairy specialist, chef or comparable training
- Ideally at least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable job
- Responsible, independent and careful work
- Ability to work in a team and reliability
- Understanding of hygiene and quality requirements in food production
