In addition to providing various services for the municipal departments, the building depot is responsible for the maintenance and care of numerous public infrastructure facilities such as the road network, playgrounds, green spaces, waterways, etc. in the city and its suburbs. City cleaning and winter services are also part of the range of tasks.

Forester (m/f/d)**

For the "City Forestry" department to start as soon as possible

This is a permanent, full-time position.

The municipal forest covers an area of approx. 500 hectares to be managed. The area of responsibility covers the execution of all standard forestry operations. In addition, there is tree care work in the city area and, if necessary, temporary work in the city nursery (parks and gardens).

In addition to a completed training as a forester (m/f/d), we expect a team-oriented, responsible and independent way of working. A class B driving licence is required, a class T driving licence would be an advantage. Tools such as chainsaws and brush cutters are provided. You are also welcome to apply as a career changer with experience in the forestry sector.
