Job description
We carry out work in private and public areas.
What are your tasks:
- Working on construction sites
- Instructing employees on construction sites
- Managing construction sites on your own responsibility
- Taking measurements manually and electronically
- Transferring plans to the construction process and vice versa
- Training trainees
- Ordering materials
- Representing the management
- Optionally, taking over the company is possible in the future
- After a familiarisation phase, the calculation of quotations and their
billing is possible, with post-calculation is conceivable and desirable
We expect from you:
- Completed vocational training as a gardener or completed training
as a master craftsman/technician in gardening and landscaping (m/f/d)
- Alternatively, other technical training - career changers are very welcome!
- Strong technical understanding and manual dexterity
- Driving licence class B desirable
- Customer-oriented approach
- Results-oriented working style
- Good, confident and empathetic leadership
- Any handling of machines
- Handling of a total station (surveying device)
- Ability to read plans
- Ability to transfer plans
- Creative thinking
- Spatial imagination
- General desire to work in our profession...
As a rule, we work 39 hours/week.
Overtime goes into the overtime account and can be saved for the winter.
We grant bad weather pay (SaisonKUG).
