In the DRK-Kreisverband Essen e.V. and its non-profit subsidiaries, you will help shape the future of the DRK in Essen with 1130 colleagues from full-time and voluntary work. The Essen District Association of the German Red Cross not only performs tasks as a national aid organisation, but is also a recognised charitable organisation. Every day, they help to ensure that people in Essen receive help - based solely on the level of need.

Your tasks

- Cleaning the living areas in our inpatient care facilities
- Cleaning the residents' rooms in our inpatient care facilities
- Tidying up
- Preparing and serving meals in collaboration with the kitchen team
- Complying with hygiene and accident prevention regulations

Your profile

- You identify with the principles of the Red Cross
- You have a class B driving licence
- You are flexible, communicative, resilient, reliable and a team player
- You work independently and on your own responsibility
- You have knowledge of hygiene and cleaning
- You have good manners and a tidy appearance
- Ideally, you already have experience in dealing with people with dementia
