HOME CARE EMPLOYEE (m/f/d)

part-time (20 hours per week), starting immediately, permanent

This is what your new working day will look like

A real job for everyday heroes awaits you at our diaconal wards in the city and district of Fürth. As a member of the care team, you will be responsible for the professional cleaning of our patients' households in outpatient care. You will also be responsible for housekeeping tasks such as shopping and laundry. You will always have an open ear for the needs and concerns of the people entrusted to us. Because we always want to treat our patients in outpatient care with respect.

Your contribution will be:

- Professional cleaning of the household
- Carrying out housekeeping
- Other additional work in consultation with the nursing staff
- Taking into account the personal needs, problems and events of the patients
- Helping to implement the diaconal mission

This is what we want from you

We do not expect supernatural powers from our employees. You should have these skills for the demanding yet incredibly meaningful day-to-day work in outpatient care:

- Well-groomed and polite demeanour and enjoy dealing with people
- Ability to work independently in your own area of responsibility
- Willingness to work in a team
- Knowledge of working with IT-supported systems
- Willingness to, to help shape the diaconal mission
- Valid class B driving licence
