The Pfefferminzje bistro with its cosy outdoor terrace in the Brunnenhof courtyard is located in Mehlgasse, one of the most beautiful alleyways in Koblenz's historic old town. The café is named after a woman who sold peppermint sweets for a living in the 20th century.
The Pfefferminzje is known for its special breakfasts, which are served to late risers until 5 pm. The home-baked cakes and fresh food on offer make the café a popular meeting place for young and old alike.
In addition to dishes for small appetites, guests can look forward to a changing range of pancake variations, pasta dishes, salads and more.
Regional, organic and vegan wines are on tap.
The fragrant coffee specialities are also tempting. Various types of coffee are on offer, including a coffee blend specially created for Café Pfefferminzje.
Different types of drinking chocolate and chocolates are also delicious. The selection ranges from classic to experimental - fair trade, organic and many are also vegan.

We are looking for a motivated

kitchen assistant (m/f/d)

full-time/part-time (flexible by arrangement) as soon as possible.

Your profile:

- Good knowledge of housekeeping (washing up, hygiene knowledge)
- Good knowledge of preparing and serving food
- Knowledge of modern cuisine (organic vegan / vegetarian)
- Good German language skills
- Reliability, motivation and team-orientated behaviour are required
