The city of Erkelenz is looking for several

gardeners (f/m/d)

for the municipal building depot as soon as possible.

The positions are graded according to EG 6 of the collective agreement for the public service (TVöD). The individual grouping takes into account the personal requirements. These are full-time positions with a regular working week of 39 hours.

The place of work is the Erkelenz building depot, Richard-Lucas-Straße 2.

Your area of responsibility essentially includes:

- Carrying out maintenance work in the municipal green and open spaces
- Tree care work including felling trees and clearing rootstocks
- Creating green and open spaces including ancillary work
- Supporting the group leader in the calculation of services
- Checking daily work reports
- Providing services at municipal events
- Carrying out winter maintenance

Your profile:

- Completed training as a gardener specialising in horticulture and landscaping or tree nursery
- Driving licence class C1E

You also have:

- Commitment, team spirit and motivation
- A sense of responsibility and independent working style
- Willingness to carry out winter maintenance
- Ideally several years of professional experience
