The Philipp Melanchthon Centre offers space for 88 residents and combines a warm atmosphere with modern care and support. Our centre is centrally located in the heart of Bad Driburg, surrounded by shops, cafés and the town's beautiful green spaces - ideal for walks and social encounters.

What you will do with us:

Support with heart and responsibility - as an attendant, you are an important support for our residents and the care team

The Philipp Melanchthon Centre is centrally located in the heart of Bad Driburg, surrounded by a beautiful and idyllic garden that invites you to take a break from your daily work routine.

You can expect a motivated team and flexible working hours.

- You will prepare meals in our residential kitchens in compliance with hygiene regulations
- You will support our residents with eating and drinking and help with food intake
- You will carry out basic care activities such as personal hygiene
- You will assist the nursing staff in implementing individual care plans and doctors' orders
- You will monitor the well-being of the residents and report changes to the specialists

When you will fit in with us:

- You enjoy working with older people
- You have a respectful and patient manner
- You are reliable and responsible
- You can work both independently and as part of a team
- You have a command of the German language to at least "B2" level

It would be great if you:

- Have some experience in nursing
- Have basic knowledge of hygiene and infection control
- Are willing to take part in further training and education

Salary:

Approx. €3,100 gross/month* in accordance with pay group 3 Appendix 2 AVR.DD

Including a predominantly employer-financed pension scheme and collectively agreed benefits in accordance with AVR.DD. AVR.DD

*with two years of relevant work prior to recruitment based on full-time employment of 39 hours/week including the pro rata annual bonus payment
