The Schulstiftung der Evangelischen Landeskirche in Baden is responsible for the Evangelisches Montessori-Schulhaus Freiburg, a community school with around 350 pupils at present. With the planned extension, our school will grow to accommodate up to 570 students.

For our school kitchen and housekeeping, we are looking for a committed personality in part-time (55%) for September 2026 as

Cook (m/f/d) or Housekeeper (m/f/d)

- preferably with experience in a canteen kitchen -

Your tasks

- Preparation of fresh lunches for our students and serving meals
- Organisation of merchandise management and warehousing
- Cleaning work including scullery
- Care and maintenance of the house linen
- Support at school events
- Flexible deployment depending on school operations

What you need

- Completed training as a chef or housekeeper

- Or comparable experience in the kitchen/catering industry

- Knowledge of hygiene regulations (HACCP)
- Independent and structured way of working
- Ability to work in a team and reliability
- Enjoy working with children and young people
