in the field of tree planting, fence construction, mowing work

Requirement of employees (m/f/d): 12-24 persons

- EMPLOYMENT AREA:         Germany / Austria - Nationwide
- EXPERIENCE: preferably agriculture or forestry
- EXPERIENCE: mandatory Experience 1-2 years in planting forest plants in the forest and on the meadow. Planting methods, handling
plants, planting quality.
- ACCOMMODATION: will be selected, booked, provided and paid by us. Mainly guesthouses, holiday flats or
fitter's rooms with kitchen, bathroom, washing machine.

Tasks:
-Proper planting of small (forest) trees or shrubs in the forest with spade or auger (according to instructions)
-Fence construction/erection or fence dismantling/dismantling of wildlife protection fences in the forest
-Cutting and mowing work (during the summer)
-Proper and careful transport/loading/unloading of plants or material

Profile:
- Physical fitness and willingness to work physically outdoors even in rain or snow
- Knowledge of planting forest plants ( tree species / planting methods / type of planting)
- Experience in fence construction an advantage
- Experience in handling brush cutters an advantage
- Team spirit, social skills very pronounced - groups/teams of 4-6 workers are formed, who always work together during the assignment, and live together during the assignment
- Independent and reliable action, willingness to perform, commitment, flexibility and physical resilience
- Customer-friendly appearance and communication
- Driving licence class B is an advantage - the group will be given a vehicle (Mercedes Sprinter van/VW bus with loading area and tools for
carrying out the work on the construction sites) up to 3.5 tonnes total weight

We provide the following:
-         Work safety shoes plus rubber boots. Rubber boots
-       Complete rainwear
-         Work gloves / other work clothing / if necessary Change of clothes
-       Accommodation costs
-         Vehicle (transporter 3.5 tonnes with 6 seats + loading area + tarpaulin
-        Planting tools
