With over 50 dedicated farmers for farm and business management (m/f/d) and more than 70,000 working hours, we support our members in labour-intensive phases and social emergencies. Our aim is to optimise agricultural operations, reduce costs and improve working conditions. As the largest farm relief service in Westphalia-Lippe, we promote a strong community and are committed to the future of agriculture.

We are looking for a:

Farmer for farm and business management (m/f/d) full-time or part-time

Your tasks

- You are an all-rounder: you take on the responsibility of continuing to run the farms in emergency situations

- You play an active role: from caring for the animals to cultivating the fields

This is how you impress us:

- You have successfully completed agricultural training or a degree
- Alternatively, you have gained at least four years of experience (full-time) on German farms
- You are a positive hands-on type and an independent and structured way of working is a matter of course for you
- You always keep calm in a dynamic environment and remain calm and level-headed even under stress
- You have a class B and T driving licence

Farmer - Farm and Operations Management (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

- You are a versatile professional, taking responsibility for maintaining and operating agricultural businesses in emergency and critical situations.
- You actively contribute to day-to-day operations, ranging from livestock care to crop and field management.

Your Profile

- You have successfully completed vocational training or a degree in agriculture.
- Alternatively, you have at least four years of full-time professional experience on agricultural farms in Germany.
- You are a positive, hands-on individual with an independent, structured approach to work.
- You remain calm, focused, and resilient in a dynamic and demanding environment.
- You hold a valid Class B and T driving licence.
