Who we are:

Our fish farm is located on the outskirts of the Bavarian Forest community of Frauenau, hidden in a small wood on the banks of the small
Regen river. We breed our "Auerer Saibling" on an area of around 2 hectares.
The fish farm "Auerer-Saibling" guarantees products of the highest quality through
sustainable and optimal breeding.
The quality of water and feed play a particularly important role in the breeding of char.
Cool, clear mountain spring water from the Great Rachel feeds our facility and guarantees the highest quality for which our "Auerer Saibling" stands. We only use the highest quality products with ideally balanced recipes for feeding.

Your tasks:

- Breeding, rearing and caring for our char
- Ensuring fish welfare and sustainable breeding conditions
- Maintaining the facilities
- Processing and refining the fish - from professional butchering and filleting to smoking and pickling
- Assisting with sales and marketing, fish sales every Friday

Your profile:

- Completed training as a fish farmer / master fish farmer or comparable qualification
- Lateral entry with great interest in nature, fish and water possible, possibly. Experience in sales
- Physical resilience
- Reliability and enjoyment of manual-technical work
- Experience or willingness to process (smoking, filleting, pickling)
- Customer orientation
- Independent, responsible way of working and ability to work in a team in a small company
