- Advising customers and selling flowers and flower arrangements
- Caring for and supplying plants and flowers
- Planning and creating plant and flower decorations
- Receiving goods and monitoring stock
- Helping with sales promotions

- Ideally, you have a commercial apprenticeship, preferably in the field of floristry or food retailing
