Your tasks:

- Planning and monitoring of work processes and budgets in the area of housekeeping
- Ensuring operational processes in the areas of catering, cleaning, laundry and housekeeping
- Personnel management and guidance, participation in rostering
- Deployment, Cleaning and maintenance of kitchen and household appliances
- Meal planning including special diets
- Purchasing goods according to plan and merchandise management
- Monitoring and comparing prices (offers, purchasing)
- Monitoring compliance with hygiene requirements and compliance with HACCP guidelines'
- Customer surveys and complaint management in the area of housekeeping
- Contact person and monitoring of service managers in the area of responsibility

Your profile:

- Professional qualification in the field of housekeeping, e. g.E.g. as a housekeeper (m/f/d) or specialised housekeeper (m/f/d)
- sound knowledge of food laws and hygiene guidelines
- knowledge of building cleaning and technology
- experience in personnel management
- friendly demeanour and enjoy dealing with people
- reliability and ability to work in a team
- good written and spoken German
