With our family business, we offer a professional partner for the execution of all gardening and landscaping work with the help of modern machine technology for projects of public and commercial clients, private gardens and natural pools.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a foreman (m/f/d).

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM US

- You will design outdoor facilities in public and commercial areas
- You will work in a team of 3-5 skilled workers and you will have skilled workers, a permanent machine operator, a wide range of machines and subcontractors at your disposal to implement architectural plans
- Your tasks will include the creation of squares, paths, vegetation areas and structures as site manager
- You will enjoy working with young colleagues, who are motivated and also enjoy doing things together outside of work
- You support the trainees in their professional development

WHICH MAKES YOU DIFFERENT

- You have completed training in horticulture and landscaping or structural/civil engineering
- You have extensive expertise in the areas of path construction, Construction technology and plant knowledge
- You are motivated to build larger projects in a team with the help of modern machine technology
- You have experience in dealing with site managers and managing employees, good knowledge of material and machine deployment and coordinating subcontractors
- You have a class BE or class 3 driving licence (class B driving licence required)
- Knowledge of written and spoken German
