Head of Nursing and Housekeeping (m/f/d)

Full-time

Your area of responsibility includes:

- Strategic and operational management including budgeting
- Professional and disciplinary management of team leaders
- Establishment and further development of high quality Budgeting of the nursing and housekeeping departments
- Professional and disciplinary management of the team leaders
- Establishment and further development of high quality, hygiene and care standards
- Process optimisation
- Complex personnel management
- Cost centre reporting
- Communication with internal departments and service providers

We expect you to:

- Completed nursing and/or home economics training/studies
- Several years of management experience
- Knowledge of the relevant regulations (MD, hygiene HACCP)
- Very good communication and leadership skills
- Basic Christian attitude
