We are currently looking for a

Housekeeping Team Leader (m/f/d)

Full or part-time 32-39 hours/week

Your responsibilities will include:

- Technical and personnel management of the housekeeping teams
- Complex duty roster organisation
- Responsibility for compliance with all hygiene requirements
- Creation and maintenance of cleaning and disinfection plans
- Quality control and documentation
- Interface with EHSQ, nursing, kitchen, baker
- Ensuring efficient use of resources
- Preparation of an (annual) economic and budget plan with monthly reporting in accordance with the Budget plan with monthly reporting according to agreed key figures
- Participation in product selection

We expect you to:

- Training in housekeeping or hotel management
- Experience in the organisation of larger housekeeping units
- Knowledge of hygiene management and occupational safety
- Very good communication and leadership skills
- Basic Christian attitude
