From the new construction and renovation of outdoor facilities of all kinds to the maintenance of outdoor and green areas for industry, commerce and residential construction to civil engineering, we are a reliable and competent partner for our customers.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as a master gardener or technician (m/f/d) and training supervisor (m/f/d).

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM US

- As a master gardener/technician specialising in **gardening and landscaping **you will design and renovate outdoor facilities in the public, commercial and private sectors
- Supervision and training of trainees and further training of employees
- Your tasks include the creation of space, Pathways and vegetation areas
- You will contribute specialist knowledge in ground management, maintenance and renovation and implement projects based on plans and train the apprentices in the process
- Technical supervision of the apprentices
- You will maintain contact with all stakeholders involved in the training, e.g.B. Companies, apprentices, Vocational schools or professional associations

WHICH MAKES YOU DIFFERENT

- You have completed training as a gardener/technician specialising in horticulture and landscaping and have successfully completed a master craftsman's/technician's examination
- Experience as a trainer in a craft business is desirable
- You use your extensive specialist knowledge (especially in the field of construction technology) skilfully
- You are characterised by reliability and flexibility
- Ideally, you have a class B driving licence
- Last but not least, you enjoy working in a team and are communicative
