We are looking for a
Garden landscaper (m/f/d)
Reference 1077
Full-time, permanent position
The Erlenhof is part of the Participation division at the Landesverein. In the area of participation, we accompany, assist and support people with disabilities and mental illnesses in our facilities, residential centres and workshops. Together with them, we develop ways for equal and self-determined participation in life, society and working life.
People with various disabilities live and work at Erlenhof in Aukrug. We accompany, care for and encourage them individually, support them in their everyday lives and enable them to live as independently as possible.
Your task:
- Carrying out work orders
- Caring for, maintaining, securing and servicing the tools, equipment, machines and premises used
- Assisting and instructing employees in the execution of work orders
- Managing and monitoring deadlines, quality control
- Promoting a positive, appreciative working atmosphere
We would like to see:
- Completed vocational training as a garden landscaper
- Knowledge and experience in the field of landscape maintenance
- Willingness to acquire additional special education training (SPZ)
- Confident handling of common equipment such as lawn mowers, brush cutters and hedge trimmers
- Empathetic and respectful interaction with people with disabilities
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Team spirit, communication skills and a sense of responsibility
