Your job

- You take care of the outdoor facilities in summer and winter, including winter maintenance. Winter service.
- You will take care of minor repairs and maintenance work
- You will coordinate tradespeople when necessary
- You will be the contact person for our rental units

- Manual skills - whether you are a professional or a tinkerer, whether professional or tinkerer
- You are characterised by your reliability
- You have a sense of cleanliness and order
- You are communicative and can lend a hand
- You have a class B driving licence and a car
