Your tasks as a gardener (m/f/d)

Designing and maintaining our customers' green paradises: You will be responsible for planting, pruning and maintaining our customers' flower beds, shrubs and trees. With your green thumb, you will conjure up colour and variety in our customers' outdoor areas.

This includes:

- Independently handling maintenance orders including documentation
- Responsible for the professional execution of the work
- Maintenance work in the areas of home gardens, parks, commercial and municipal green spaces
- Contact person for our customers on site.
- Receiving defects and recording (repair) orders
- Taking on seasonal activities.
- Independently determining the need for necessary repair, care and maintenance activities

Your profile as a gardener (m/f/d)

1. expertise: You have a sound knowledge of garden maintenance and ideally have completed training as a gardener, landscape gardener or have a comparable qualification.

2. Organisational talent: You maintain an overview and coordinate the work involved independently. You always keep an eye on the needs of the plants, buildings and customers.
3. Friendliness and empathy: You are always friendly and helpful to our customers and colleagues. You have an open ear for their concerns and are committed to their satisfaction.
4. knowledge of German at at least a basic level
5. class B driving licence, preferably BE

After onboarding, you will be responsible for objects in the team or independently.

You will be able to answer many questions quickly with the help of the team.

With each week, you'll get to know your way around better and solve customer queries independently.
At the end of each day, you'll ask yourself: Are you off work yet?
