Silbersee Resort Celle - Development of a 5-star camping and holiday resort

A modern 5-star camping and holiday resort with year-round operation is being built on around 15 hectares at Silbersee in Celle. High-quality pitches, mobile homes, tiny houses, modern sanitary and infrastructure areas as well as attractive leisure and recreation areas are planned.

The search is for Silbersee Resort Betriebsgesellschaft mbH. The publication takes place via Zweitheim. The resort is part of the Lark Living and Leisure Global Group.

We are not developing an ordinary campsite here, but a high-quality location with a clear structure, professional operation and long-term prospects. The outdoor facilities play a central role here. They characterise the first impression, determine the quality of stay and are decisive for the 5-star claim.

For the further development, we are looking for a committed gardener and landscaper (m/f/d) who not only maintains, but actively helps to build, takes responsibility and develops structures together with us.

Your tasks

You will not work on the existing site, but on the development. This means:

- Planning, production and further development of the entire green and outdoor facilities
- Lawn, hedge and shrub pruning as well as sustainable planting concepts
- Construction of terrace systems made of wood and paving in the area of mobile homes and tiny houses
- Path and square construction, edging, Edging and edge reinforcements
- Creation and structuring of parking spaces
- Assistance with earthworks and preparatory civil engineering work
- Support with piping and drainage work in outdoor areas
- Laying of empty conduits and assistance with infrastructure measures
- Construction of privacy screen solutions and smaller outdoor structures
- Ongoing maintenance and quality control of the areas
- Organisation and implementation of winter service
- Operation, Maintenance and care of modern machines and equipment

You are therefore not just an executor, but part of a team that develops a site step by step.

Perspective: Master craftsman qualification and development of a training site

In the medium term, a recognised training company in gardening and landscaping is to be established at Silbersee.

We are therefore deliberately looking for someone with ambition and development potential. With the right professional and personal aptitude, we actively support the path to becoming a master craftsman in gardening and landscaping.

The aim is for you to:

- take on professional responsibility for the entire outdoor area
- define structures and processes
- guide employees
- supervise and develop trainees in the future

This is not a vague option, but part of the planned site strategy. Anyone who joins us here can build up a long-term management role.

Your profile

- Completed training in gardening and landscaping or comparable practical experience
- Proven experience in terrace and path construction
- Knowledge of pipeline construction or civil engineering is expressly desired
- Independent, structured and solution-orientated way of working
- High quality standards and sense of responsibility
- Ability to work under pressure and willingness to perform, Performance
- Ability to work in a team and clear communication
- Desire to grow together with the company
- Driving licence class B mandatory
- Driving licence class C, CE or BE an advantage
